Post description

Reporting to the Human Resources Director of the Socomore group, you will provide partial replacement for the Talent Manager during her maternity leave.

Your missions will include:

• Employer branding : participation in job forums/fairs, sourcing management and onboarding process management

• Reviews campaigns :

• Management of the annual review campaign (internal communication, launch and monitoring of the campaign)

• Management of other annual campaigns if necessary (professional reviews, onboarding, etc.)

• Skills development :

• Consolidation and launch of the skills development plan for the year 2026

• Participation in the annual report of the 2025 skills development plan

• Organization and planning of 2026 People Reviews

• Contributions to current projects (manager course, LMS, etc.)

• Other HR projects : you may be required to contribute to other internal HR projects (management of the VIE program, management of some recruitments, etc.)

• Management : direct management of the person in charge of administering the training plan of the main entity

The contract will start from mid-October for a 5-month period.

Profile required

• With a higher education BAC +4/5 with a specialty in the field of Human Resources, we are looking for a dynamic, rigorous person, demonstrating autonomy and initiative, and with 2-3 years of experience in similar positions.

• Your ability to work in a team and in project mode are essential assets for the success of the missions

• Excellent writing skills

• Fluency in professional English, written and oral (B2 minimum)

Our recruitment process

The next step in the recruitment process for this position consists of an interview with the HR director and an interview with the current Talent manager; English test and reference check.

Additional interviews may be added if necessary.

The interviews will start on the week of August 18th.
